Before you can begin building the IVR, you first must install the Contact Center module in the account.

If you are setting up a brand new account, the Intermedia Unite module must be installed.  If this is an Over The Top install, Intermedia Unite is not required to be used.  You can skip the Intermedia Unite setup wizard after the basic account setup is completed.

Creating a new account: if you are adding the Contact Center module to an existing account, go to Services > Intermedia Unite, select the Contact Center tab to select the desired module.

Adding Contact Center: Contact Center users need to be created in the account.

Adding Users: both Agent and Supervisor/Manager users need to have Contact Center enabled.
