This article describes the process of ordering a VoIP Scout Appliance (VSA).

What is VSA

VoIP Scout Appliance (VSA) is a device that allows you to run a VoIP Scout test without using a separate PC: the VSA has all the needed software and is a Plug-and-Play device.

How To Order VSA

VSA can be ordered from the Partner Portal under Voice Services Tools > Prequalification > Testing the network > Order VSA:

In the store,

  1. Click on VoIP Scout Appliance.
  2. On the next page, you will be able to select the currency in the top-right corner:

  3. Click on either ADD TO CART to add several appliances, or BUY IT NOW to proceed to the checkout.
  4. Choose the Express checkout or fill out the contact information and shipping address and click on Continue to shipping.

    Note: shipping charges are calculated on the next step.
  5. Verify the Contact information and the Shipping address. Choose the shipping method and click on Continue to payment.

  6. Specify the payment info and hit Pay now.

You will receive the VoIP Scout Appliance(s) within the provided shipping dates. The Tracking ID for the shipping will be sent to the email specified on step 4. If you have not received it, please contact Support.
