This Extended service allows you to create an .xls file with a report on account items and their properties. The report will contain the following information:

  • Type of an item: Exchange/IMAP/Group/Resource/Contact;
  • List of Users and their services;
  • List of alias addresses;
  • Size of users mailboxes in bytes;
  • Send as and Full Access permissions;
  • Activesync usernames;
  • Visibility in Global Address Book,

And many other things. By request, Level 2 engineer can exclude some information from the report, so you should specify in the Customer notes what exactly you need.

Note: the report does not contain any information about Public Folders or mailbox folder structure.
