November 30, 2020 – Time Zone Settings in HostPilot and Partner Portal

Intermedia's primary online administration portals - Partner Portal and HostPilot - now include the ability to select a time zone local to each individual authorized portal contact. Each contact will view the system interface, event logs, and system email notifications according to the selected time zone.

October 16, 2020 – ConnectWise: Products Without Cost in Product ID

To make the ConnectWise product catalog management easier for partners, this release will prevent the creation of multiple products for the same Partner Portal products with different costs. This release will also keep addition prices in ConnectWise more consistent with Partner Portal.
Before the change, prices were put into products only once, were never updated, and then were transferred from products to additions. This meant that price changes in Partner Portal were not properly tracked in ConnectWise and the only possible way to do the tracking was manually. Now one product in Partner Portal corresponds to one product in the ConnectWise Product Catalog.

July 21, 2020 – New University and Sales partner roles available in Partner Portal

In order to improve partners' experience and provide more flexibility in account contacts permissions new partner roles added to Partner Portal.

Sales role: Access to certification and quotes creation without the possibility to create or access customer accounts.
University: Access to the educational part of Portal: certification, Knowledge Base, and sales materials. No access to any other Portal features.

June 30, 2020 – Contact Center certification to start selling Contact Center

Partners who want to sell Contact Center only must complete the Contact Center Sales Certification (instead of Unite Sales Certification as it was before). This makes it easier for partners who want to sell Contact Center but aren’t yet ready or interested in selling Unite. Completion of the certification by one user within their organization will enable Contact Center on partner account, opening up the Quote Tool for Contact Center. The enablement can take up to one hour.
