Set default pricing

In the Partner Portal, navigate to Voice Services Tools > Ordering Service and click Set retail pricing now.

Note: only Partners with PLR model can edit account level pricing. Advisors cannot set pricing but can review it by clicking View retail pricing button on the same page.

This pricing will be used as the default pricing for new accounts with Unite which were created without the quote. Also, it will be used as the default pricing for the Unite Quoting Tool.

Note: The pricing in the quote will be used for accounts created from the quote.

On the Voice Default Pricing page, you can view and adjust default sell prices for each individual item. Click the dropdown list to select whether you want to increase or decrease the default prices, enter the percentage and click Apply to view new default prices. Alternatively, you can manually type in default prices in the boxes under Default sell price per item, $. To save new default prices, scroll down and click Save changes.

Set account level pricing

To modify pricing on the account level, go to the CONTROL PANEL > Customer Accounts > Active Accounts > Login to subaccount > Voice Services > General > Pricing

On the Voice customer pricing page you can view and adjust default sell prices for the account in particular. Click the dropdown list to select whether you want to increase or decrease the default prices, enter the percentage and click Apply to view new default prices. Alternatively, you can manually type in default prices in the boxes under Customer price per item, $. To save new default prices, scroll down and click Save changes. To reset prices to the default values, click Reset to default. Green and red arrows indicate whether the set price is above or below the default value.

 

Email and Business Applications pricing

You might want to set end-user prices for Email and other products, so Intermedia could:

  • Display charge confirmations and balance details to the customer (if billing display enabled and customer is given access to the portal)
  • Collect payments from your customers (if payment processing is enabled)

To do so, go to CONTROL PANEL > Products & Pricing > Retail Pricing

Note: Pricing is set up per plan. You can change the plan on the same page.
