This article gives an overview on how to pay the balance with a one-time credit card charge if a regular payment has failed.
From Partner Portal, go to Balance page.
Please select the payment method you use:
In case if no payment has been posted since the invoice release, you will see the following notification with a link to pay the balance now page:
Use the link to navigate to a one-time payment page. Fill out credit card information and hit Charge credit card.
Important: This option will not change your payment method and won’t save the used credit card on your account.
If you're using credit card payment and a regular payment has failed, you will see the notification with a link to pay the amount due now.
Use the link to pay the balance due.
