1) Ensure active internet connection

2) Ensure networking equipment is functional

3) Ensure networking equipment is both compatible and configured properly.
Polycom phone states “Line Unregistered” The phone is having issues reaching out to one of our registration servers.

1) Ensure active internet connection

2) Ensure networking equipment is functional

Polycom phone has a “triangle with an exclamation point on the screen” The phone is having issues reaching out to one of our registration servers.

1) Ensure active internet connection

2) Ensure networking equipment is functional

3) Ensure networking equipment is both compatible and configured properly.
Polycom phone is flashing the incorrect date and time, and also says “…ndPointIP” on screen.

Phone has either –

a)      Not yet contacted the boot server, or

b)    Has not been provisioned.
Ensure phone has conneciton to the internet. Then, if issue persists, check the phone to see if it has the provisioning information inputted into its menu.
