Once Policy-based Encryption is enabled on your account, end-users will start receiving notifications on encryption. To manage end-users' notification policy, you'll need to log into Encrypted Mail Gateway through CONTROL PANEL > Services > Compliance > Encrypted Email > Policy-based Encryption Email > Encrypted Mail Gateway.
In Encrypted Mail Gateway navigate to Profile Settings > Update profile > Encrypted Web Portal > check the boxes > Save Settings.
- Notify on Encrypt - Notify the sender when a message is successfully encrypted.
- Notify on initial failure - Notify the sender when the first attempt to send a message fails.
- Notify on successful resend - Notify the sender when a failed message is successfully re-sent.
- Notify on failure - Notify the sender when a message cannot be sent.
