This article describes the process of enabling of PBX service on an existing account.

In order to install the service you need to log in to the subaccount and navigate to Services > Voice Services and select Request a quoteQuote

New Hosted PBX Quote page will appear. Fill in the company details and click Start QuoteStart

Proceed with the quote, enter the site address, select device(s) and phone number(s) to configure the Hosted PBX module. Configure

As the quote is saved, your Channel Manager will be notified and contact you to discuss further details. Submitted

Important: we highly encourage to install Intermedia Unite instead of Hosted PBX module for a variety of reasons such as new features, extended functionality, high review of feedback, and more.
