You can create new accounts on the Advisor Portal > Account Management > Resell New Account page.

On that page, you can see your Advisor code and your comission payment conditions. To create an account:

  1. Click Create account:

  2. Enter the account name and the account contact information (including the Advisor code and Promo code (if you have any)). If you already have an account an would like to use the same account contact information, check the I already have an account box. Click Next:

  3. Select the plan from the list of available plans and click Next:

  4. Enter company and billing information and click Next:

  5. Review the selected plan, choose if you need assistance in setting up the account or if you can set it up by yourself, accept the Master Service Agreement and click Activate Account:

  6. Optionally, you can start Onboarding from an existing Exchange server. Click Get Started to log in to your account:

  7. Enter the alternate contact information and set up security questions. Click Save Changes:
