The mailbox content is exported from the old Exchange server. If it fails you can view the details and make necessary changes to the Connection Settings or server configuration. Use Restart button to try exporting again:

Mailbox data will not appear yet in the mailboxes on your new servers, this is a preparation step where data is only exported which is to ensure the connection settigns and full access credentials are still valid.
