You can set up IP resrtictions to allow/restrict access to Intermedia Partner Portal from specific IP addresses.

Note: to modify IP-based restrictions, Account Contact should have a Contact Manager role, or should be an Account Owner:

  1. Log in to Intermedia Partner Portal
  2. Navigate to My Parnter Account > Portal Access > Restrict or allow access from the specific IP addresses
  3. Check Enable IP restrictions
  4. You can either reject or allow all connections from certain IPs by adding a single IP or an IP range

    IP Restrictions Policy
