This article describes the password recovery process for Partner Portal. Read the Knowledge Base article on Password Requirements.

Recovering Partner Portal password

  1. Navigate to Partner Portal and click on Forgot password? link.
    Forgot Password Option
  1. Enter your login and CAPTCHA code.
  2. Select how you would like to get Authorization code: via Email or SMS, click Send Authorization Code.

Note: if you do not have a valid phone number assigned to your login, the code would be automatically sent to an email address assigned to your login.

  1. Type in the code and new password.  
    Reset password

Note: If it says Valid password required, it means that you are trying to enter the old password.

  1. After you click on Reset Password, re-login to Partner Portal.
