Support is provided only to Partner Account Contacts. A Support Case is created after the chat session.

To start live chat:

  1. Click the Support > For real-time support > Start Live Chat link:

  2. Select the topic your questions relate to, enter the issue description and click Initiate Live Chat. If you're already on a call with a Support Representative, enter the access code provided by the engineer and click Start Live Chat:

  3. The chat window will be opened in another tab. You can review your queue status and, once your chat is answered, send your questions to Support. You can also leave the waiting line:
