This article explaines the Lock and Unlock functionality for End-Users Account Contacts.

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal and click Customer Accounts > Active Accounts. Select End-User's account and click Info button next to it's name.

  1. Find the person for whom you would like to temporarily restrict access to Control panel. Click Lock button. This person will see error when tries to login with their credentials to
  2. Find person for whom you would like to restore the access to the Control Panel. Click Unlock button. This person will be able to login to with their credentials.

Note: Our security system may lock Account Contact automatically if he entered wrong password several times in a row. In this case unlock will happen automatically after 1 hour.
