This article describes Lock and Unlock functionality for End-User Account Contacts. To lock or unlock an Account Contact follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal and navigate Customer Accounts > Active Accounts. Select End-User's account and click Info button next to it's name.

  2. Find the person for whom you would like to temporarily restrict access to Control panel. Click Lock button. This person will see an error when they try to login with their credentials to CONTROL PANEL
  3. Find person for whom you would like to restore the access to the Control Panel. Click Unlock button. This person will be able to login to CONTROL PANEL with their credentials.

Note: Our security system can lock out Account Contacts automatically after several unsuccessful login attempts. The number or attempts allowed and time before Account Contacts are automatically unlocked depends on Account Contact Password Policy.
